Pure GauVihar Cow Ghee is made from A2 milk from our own Gir cows which are free grazed on our organic farms. The milk is removed by hand, and further boiled over fire wood. It is then inoculated with curds to make whole curds, which is churned to get butter. This butter when melted on firewood in a 60-year-old brass container gives you pure and delicious desi GauVihar Cow Ghee!

Jaggery is a typical Indian product and finds wide application in day to day life food preparations.It is a concentrated product of cane juice and often date or palm sap without separation of the molasses and crystals. It contains up to 50% sucrose, up to 20% invert sugars, and up to 20% moisture, with the remainder made up of other insoluble matter.
